Acceptance of these terms

By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept these terms. If you don't agree with any of them, please don't buy on the site.

Minimum age

Use of this site and purchases are restricted to people over 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age under Colombian law.

Nature of the products

KAILAB products are lyophilized compounds in sealed vials, intended exclusively for scientific laboratory research. They are not approved for human consumption, medical or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of disease. By completing a purchase you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions of use without reservation.

Use of the site

The site is intended for people who understand the scientific context of the products they buy. KAILAB doesn't offer medical advice or promote the use of its products outside research settings. The information published is for informational purposes and isn't a recommendation of any kind.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include shipping anywhere in Colombia. You can buy without creating an account.

At checkout we check each product's price again. If it changed since you added it to your cart, we show you the new total before you pay. Your order is confirmed when the payment gateway approves the payment.

Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, images, videos, trademarks and designs, belongs to KAILAB or to its respective owners. Reproducing it in whole or in part without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

KAILAB is responsible for the quality, identity and shipping condition of the products it sells, under the legal warranty of Ley 1480 de 2011 (Colombia's consumer protection statute). Once received, the buyer is solely responsible for how the products are handled, stored and used. KAILAB accepts no responsibility for uses other than those these terms allow.

Returns and refunds

Why we don't accept returns

We sell lyophilized compounds in sealed glass vials, intended for research. They require specific storage conditions, are for specialized use, and their integrity can't be verified once they leave our facilities. For that reason, and under article 47 of Ley 1480 de 2011, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal. We don't accept physical returns of products.

When you get a refund

• Wrong product: the order you received doesn't match the one you bought.
• Product not delivered: the order shipped and didn't reach its destination for reasons attributable to KAILAB or the carrier, once confirmed with the carrier.

How to request it

Email us within 5 business days of delivery (or of the day it was due) at info@kailab.com.co, with your order number and what happened. If you can, send photos of the product and the packaging.

We don't accept claims for improper storage after delivery, for a change of mind, or for factors unrelated to shipping that affect the product after you receive it.

How we refund you

When a refund applies, we make it to the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 15 calendar days of the case being approved. We don't make refunds in cash or to different accounts or payment methods.

Changes to these terms

KAILAB may update these terms at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the version in force.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be settled before the competent Colombian authorities. If this English version and the Spanish one ever differ, the Spanish version prevails.
