Where we ship

Everywhere in Colombia, major cities and towns, with nationwide carriers. For now we don't ship outside Colombia.

How much it costs

Nothing: shipping is free anywhere in Colombia.

When your order ships

If your payment is confirmed before 4 p.m. Monday to Friday, or before noon on Saturday, we ship your order that same day. After that time, and on Sundays and Colombian holidays, it ships the next business day. Bogotá time.

Card, PSE, Nequi, Daviplata and Bancolombia payments are confirmed instantly. With USDT, we ship once the network confirms the payment.

How long delivery takes

It depends on your city and the carrier. We don't promise a delivery date: in Colombia, times change with the weather, holidays and road conditions.

How it arrives

In sealed, discreet packaging, with no visible reference to the contents, packed to protect it during transit.

With every peptide vial we include one 3 mL vial of bacteriostatic water, plus alcohol wipes. The reconstitution video and the dosing plan are on each product's page.

If something goes wrong in shipping

If your order doesn't arrive, or the package arrives with visible damage on the outside, email us right away at info@kailab.com.co with your order number. We handle it directly with the carrier and keep you posted.

If the package arrives damaged, take photos before you open it: it makes verification easier. When a refund applies: Returns and refunds.

How to pay

• Credit and debit cards, PSE, Nequi, Daviplata and the Bancolombia button, through Wompi.
• USDT on the TRC-20 network, through NOWPayments.

With Wompi you pay in its secure window; KAILAB never sees or stores your card details. With USDT you see the day's estimated amount, then the NOWPayments invoice with the exact amount and the address. Send only on the TRC-20 network.

How you know your order went through

Once the payment is approved, the page confirms it and you get an email with the order number and summary. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and email us before trying to pay again.

If the payment fails or stays pending

If the payment is declined, you can try again from the same page: it's still the same order, with no double charges. Some payments (PSE, Nequi) can take a few minutes to confirm; the page checks on its own and you get the email when it's approved.

Returns

Because of the nature of the products, we don't accept physical returns. If you receive the wrong product or your order doesn't arrive, we refund you. Details in Returns and refunds.
