El uso de este sitio y la realización de compras están reservados a personas mayores de 18 años. Al realizar un pedido, el usuario declara ser mayor de edad conforme a la legislación colombiana.
Nature of the products
All products offered by KaiLab are freeze-dried compounds in sealed vials, intended exclusively for scientific research in a laboratory. They are not approved for human consumption, medical or veterinary use, or for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases. By completing a purchase, the user declares that they understand and accept these terms of use without reservation.
Site usage
This site is intended for users who understand the scientific context of the products they purchase. KaiLab does not offer medical advice or promote the use of its products outside of research settings. The information published is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation of any kind.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, trademarks, and designs, is the property of KaiLab or its respective owners. Its reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorization.
Limitación de responsabilidad
KaiLab responde por la calidad, identidad y condiciones de despacho de los productos que comercializa, conforme a la garantía legal prevista en la Ley 1480 de 2011. El comprador es el único responsable del manejo, almacenamiento y destino que dé a los productos una vez recibidos. KaiLab no asume responsabilidad por usos distintos a los expresamente autorizados en estos términos.
Modificación de los términos
KaiLab podrá actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. La versión vigente será siempre la publicada en este sitio, con indicación de su fecha de última actualización. El uso continuado del sitio implica la aceptación de la versión vigente.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent Colombian authorities.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Special nature of the products
KaiLab markets lyophilized compounds in sealed glass vials, intended for scientific research. Due to their nature, these products require specific storage conditions, are for specialized use, and their integrity cannot be verified once they leave our facilities. For these reasons, and in accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, KaiLab products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or whose quality cannot be guaranteed once delivered.
We do not accept physical returns of products.
Cases in which a refund is due
Notwithstanding the foregoing, KaiLab recognizes the following situations as valid for requesting a refund:
- Incorrect product: if the order received does not correspond to the product purchased.
- Product not delivered: if the order was dispatched and did not arrive at its destination within the estimated time due to causes attributable to KaiLab or the logistics operator, once the situation has been verified.
In both cases, the buyer must notify us within 5 business days following the confirmed delivery date or the estimated delivery date, by writing to [email protected] or via WhatsApp, indicating the order number and a description of the problem.
KaiLab does not recognize claims for inadequate storage conditions after delivery, for change of mind by the buyer, or for factors external to the shipment that affect the product after its receipt.
Refund process
When a refund is approved according to the above criteria, it will be issued exclusively to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 15 calendar days of the case being approved. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to accounts or payment methods other than the one originally used for the transaction.
Shipping Policy
Coverage
KaiLab ships throughout Colombia. We do not currently ship internationally.
Logistics operators
Trabajamos con las empresas de mensajería y logística más reconocidas del país, seleccionadas por su confiabilidad, cobertura nacional y capacidad de entrega en condiciones óptimas. Todos los pedidos se despachan en empaque neutro por razones de seguridad en el transporte y privacidad del comprador.
Dispatch times
Orders confirmed before 11:30 AM on business days are shipped the same day. Orders confirmed after 11:30 AM or on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. For card or PSE payments, confirmation is immediate. For cryptocurrency payments, shipping occurs once payment has been received.
Estimated delivery times (business days from dispatch)
- Bogotá: 1 business day.
- Main cities (Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, Pereira, Manizales): 1 to 2 business days.
- Rest of the country: 2 to 5 business days.
The times indicated are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, public order situations or other circumstances beyond the control of KaiLab and the logistics operator.
Follow-up
Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer receives tracking information to monitor the status of their delivery in real time.
Traffic incidents
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe or you receive a package with visible damage, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or via WhatsApp with your order number. We'll handle the matter directly with the logistics provider and keep you updated throughout the process.
If the package arrives with visible external damage, we recommend documenting it with photographs before opening it, as this facilitates the verification of the case.
