What does KaiLab sell?
KaiLab markets lyophilized compounds and reagents for scientific and laboratory research. Each product sheet indicates the compound, the nominal content in milligrams, the reported purity, and storage conditions. These are not medications, supplements, or products for clinical use.
What is the purity level of the products?
La pureza se comunica por producto y lote, no como un porcentaje general para todo el catálogo. Cuando existe un COA publicado, mostramos el resultado exacto reportado por el laboratorio independiente y el enlace al documento correspondiente.
Do the products have purity analysis?
Los productos y lotes cuentan con certificados de análisis publicados. En cada COA encontrarás el laboratorio, el lote, los resultados reportados y el enlace al documento.
Do I need to be a laboratory or an institution to purchase?
We do not request institutional documentation. All purchases are made under terms of exclusive use for research, and the buyer assumes responsibility for having the necessary conditions, training, and authorizations for their activity.
How do I place an order?
Select the product and quantity, add it to your cart, and complete your shipping information. Before paying, you can review the products, quantities, address, and total.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PSE, Nequi, Daviplata, and Bancolombia button payments. Payments are processed through a certified payment gateway, and KaiLab does not store card data.
How do I confirm that my order was registered?
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with your order number and summary. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us before attempting to pay again.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Write to us as soon as possible. We can modify or cancel an order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once it's handed over to the carrier, the conditions described in our Legal Terms apply.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer special pricing for bulk purchases and distributors. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with the products and quantities you need.
Where do they send it to?
We ship to all of Colombia, to major cities and municipalities, through carriers with national coverage.
How long does delivery take?
In major cities, delivery is usually made the next business day. In other cities and municipalities, it takes between 2 and 3 business days. Orders with confirmed payment are shipped on business days; those received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Is there a shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Colombia.
How is the order packaged?
The products are shipped in discreet, sealed packaging designed to protect the contents during transit. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
How should I store the freeze-dried powder product?
Without reconstituting, store at −20 °C for long-term storage, protected from light and in a dry environment. Under these conditions, the material maintains its stability for extended periods.
How is it preserved once reconstituted?
Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water under laboratory conditions, store refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles, and handle the material using aseptic technique and appropriate laboratory equipment.
Will the product be damaged if it arrives without refrigeration?
No. The freeze-dried powder is stable at room temperature during normal transport times. Upon receipt, store it as soon as possible under the conditions indicated above.
What should I do if the order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or the vial has an unusual appearance?
Do not use the product if the seal is compromised, there is leakage, visible moisture, or an unexpected change in appearance. Take photos of the product and packaging and write to us indicating your order number.
What does "exclusive use for research" mean?
This means the material is offered for scientific or analytical activities conducted under appropriate protocols. It is not intended for human, veterinary, or clinical use, nor for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases. The products are not registered with INVIMA (the Colombian National Institute for Food and Drug Surveillance).
Does KaiLab indicate dosages, cycles, or methods of administration?
No. We do not provide dosages, cycles, application protocols, or medical advice. We can clarify technical or commercial information published in the product data sheet.
Does KaiLab recommend products based on personal goals?
No. We do not recommend products for weight loss, recovery, performance, or body composition. The references listed describe areas of scientific study and do not constitute a promise of results.
